Little Daisy

The gentlest of beginnings. Little Daisy is a calm, cosy room where babies and toddlers are held, sung to, and endlessly encouraged, with unhurried routines built around each child’s own rhythm of feeding, play and sleep.

  • Sensory-rich play: water, textures, music and first mark-making
  • Daily garden time in the shade, grass is wonderful for crawlers
  • Photo updates through the day, so parents never miss a moment

Nursery

This is when our garden comes alive. Nursery children spend their days learning through British-style play, building, role-play, painting, digging in the dirt.

  • All 7 EYFS areas of learning woven into real play
  • Messy play, cooking, music, and outdoor exploration every day
  • First friendships and a growing sense of self

Reception

A true British Reception year in the heart of Bangkok. Children grow into confident early readers, writers and mathematicians, still through play and still with plenty of garden, and they leave Daisy genuinely ready for Year 1 at international schools.

  • Early literacy and phonics, numeracy, and inquiry projects
  • School-readiness: focus, confidence and caring for others
  • Celebrated transitions, our Reception children host Daisy’s events
The EYFS

The EYFS: seven areas of learning

Daisy proudly follows the Early Years Foundation Stage, the British curriculum that places children at the heart of their learning journey through play-based activities, hands-on experiences and nurturing guidance.

  1. Communication & Language

Listening, attention and speaking, expressing themselves and understanding others.

  2. Physical Development

Movement and handling, gross and fine motor skills, and knowing their own bodies.

  3. Personal, Social & Emotional

A positive sense of self, warm relationships, and understanding feelings.

  4. Literacy

A love of stories, rhymes and books, then first phonics and mark-making.

  5. Mathematics

Numbers, patterns and shapes discovered through sand, water and play.

  6. Understanding the World

Nature, people and places, much of it learned right in our garden.

  7. Expressive Arts & Design

Paint, music, role-play and imagination in every form.
