Fees: the details

From Daisy Enrolment and Fees 2026/2027 and the Student Application Form. The signed form, the Daisy Parent Handbook and Enrolment and Fees together govern.

Charges

  • Application fee: 3,000 THB, paid once with the Student Application Form. It is a fee, not a deposit. It is not refundable and not creditable.
  • There is no registration fee, no facility fee and no security deposit of any kind.
  • There is no settling in charge.
  • VAT of 7% applies to every charge and is shown as its own line on the invoice. All prices are in THB, excluding VAT.
  • A trial day is charged as a Day Pass at the rate for your child's group, and only where the family does not go on to enrol.
  • No way of paying carries a fee: card, PromptPay, bank transfer and cash are all free of charge.
  • There is no late fee and no interest.

Meals

  • Morning snack, fresh lunch and afternoon snack, cooked in our own kitchen every morning.
  • Meals are compulsory on every weekday pass, also when a family sends food from home. The meal fee is matched to the pass and paid with it.
  • The meal fee is paid at the point of purchase for the same period as the pass: a family buying a 3-Month Pass pays the meal fee for those three months.
  • Full Day and Half Day on a Month, 3-Month or 12-Month Pass: 3,000 a month. 3 Days a Week: 1,800 a month. Day Pass and Week Pass: 180 a day.
  • Every Weekend Programme price includes meals. No meal is served during After School.

Brothers and sisters

  • 5% off when a family enrols two or more children at the same time. A child enrolled later does not qualify.
  • The child with the highest tuition pays in full; the second, third and every further child receive the discount.
  • The discount applies to tuition only, never to meals, After School, the application fee or any other charge.

After School

  • Monthly plan, 27,000 a month: pick up any time before 17:00, for children on a Month, 3-Month or 12-Month Pass. It saves 10% against 20 single days.
  • Single day, 1,500: book by 12:00 on the day. Open to all Daisy families, including children on a trial day.
  • Collection between 15:00 and 15:30 carries no charge. From 15:30 the afternoon is charged as one After School day at 1,500, added to your next invoice. There is no hourly charge and no late fine.
  • Daisy runs no programme after 17:00. Where a child is still at Daisy after that hour, the position is set out in the Parent Handbook.

Camps

  • Camps are periods in the Daisy calendar, not separate products. There is no camp pass and no camp price.
  • Every pass runs through every camp at ordinary rates, on the ordinary payment schedule, at no extra charge. Weekday passes run Monday to Friday; weekend days inside a camp are bought on the Weekend Programme.
  • From three camp weeks onward a Month Pass costs less than the same weeks bought as Week Passes. Ask Daisy and Daisy will put your child on whichever pass costs least.
  • Daisy is open on Christmas Day and through Songkran Week, with a special programme of themed activities, at no extra charge.

Paying for a pass

  • Passes of 30 days or more: the invoice is issued 30 days before the pass starts and is due within 3 days. Reminders follow 7 and 14 days after the invoice.
  • If the invoice is unpaid on the start date, the pass does not start. Where payment arrives later, the pass begins on the day payment clears and the days before are not made up.
  • Passes shorter than 30 days, and passes booked fewer than 30 days before the start: the invoice is issued when the place is confirmed and is due within 3 days.
  • You may begin in any week of the year; there is no wait for a new term. The pass begins on the start date agreed at enrolment, and the invoice must be paid before that date.
  • Fees do not increase while a pass is running. Renewal needs 30 days notice. Where fewer than 30 days remain, notice may be given and the invoice issued at once, payable within 3 days.

Absence

  • Illness, holidays and family absence are not refunded, credited or made up.

Notice, credit and refunds (Daisy Flexible Commitment)

  • Notice to end a placement is given in writing to hello@daisypreschool.com: 90 days for a 12-Month Pass and 60 days for every other pass. Months falling inside the notice period are charged in full.
  • Where a family ends a placement, Daisy does not refund fees in cash in any circumstance, including relocation overseas.
  • Unused value is returned as Daisy Credit under the Daisy Flexible Commitment, less a 10,000 THB administration fee, deducted once from the combined total.
  • Meal fees follow attendance. Prepaid meal fees for days your child does not attend are added to the credit at the price paid, with no recalculation, before the administration fee is deducted.
  • Daisy Credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued and cannot be extended. It may be used for any Daisy fee, may be transferred to a brother or sister at Daisy, and is never paid out in cash.
  • Where the remaining value is less than the administration fee, no credit is issued and no further sum is payable by you.
  • Where Daisy ends a placement, unused fees, meal fees included, are refunded to you in full in cash within 90 days of the last attending day. No administration fee applies and no credit is issued in place of the refund. The refund is worked out by days: the amount paid for the pass, VAT included, divided by the days Daisy is open in the pass, times the open days after the last day.
  • Every cash refund is made with a credit note against the tax invoice and paid back the way the fees came: to the card or PromptPay account for a payment made online where the payment provider allows it, otherwise by bank transfer to an account in the name of the person who paid.
  • The application fee is not refundable and is not turned into Daisy Credit.

Closures

  • The six public holidays on which Daisy is closed, the New Year break and the three Staff Preparation Days are in the Academic Calendar and are not added back to a pass.
  • A closure beyond Daisy's control, such as a flood or a protest, is made up in attendance days rather than refunded.

Not included in the fees

  • Nappies, wipes and spare clothing.
  • A bedding set for rest time: a fitted sheet, a light blanket and an optional flat pillow. Daisy provides the wooden bed and the mattress.
  • After School beyond the stated hours, and optional trips and photographs where these are offered.
  • A Shadow Teacher where Daisy finds one is needed: Daisy tells the family in writing with the reasons and quotes the additional monthly fee before any commitment. The teacher is employed directly by Daisy.

Your contract

  • Your application becomes a contract when Daisy confirms a place in writing and the first invoice is paid in full.
  • The contract is made of the signed Student Application Form, the Daisy Parent Handbook 2026/2027 (Version 1.0, effective 10 August 2026) and Daisy Enrolment and Fees 2026/2027. Only these documents form part of it, and a verbal assurance from any member of staff does not vary it.
  • Each invoice records the programme, pass, dates and price purchased. Where the invoice and any other document differ on those details, the invoice governs. If you consider that an invoice is wrong, tell Daisy in writing within seven days of receiving it and Daisy will check it and correct it.
  • Daisy may issue a new version of the Parent Handbook or of Enrolment and Fees. A new version applies to the pass you are on only where it is more favourable to you; otherwise it takes effect when your next pass begins, with thirty days written notice before it does.
  • The Student Application Form is issued in English and Thai, and where the two differ the Thai text prevails. The contract is governed by Thai law and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction.
