Website Privacy Notice

ประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวของเว็บไซต์

Version 1.4, issued 22/10/2026

1. Who we are. Daisy Home Co., Ltd. (company registration 0105567126173) operates Daisy International Preschool and this website, www.daisypreschool.com, at 9 Soi Sukhumvit 34, Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110. We decide how your personal data is used. The Director of Daisy International Preschool is our Data Protection Officer. Contact: hello@daisypreschool.com, 02 055 6784.

2. What this notice covers. What happens to your personal data when you visit this website, use the fee calculator, book a visit, send us a message from the Contact page, ask Moo Grob a question, press a heart on a Life at Daisy post, ask for news of Daisy events, get in touch with us by LINE, email or phone from this website, or arrive here from one of our advertisements. Once your child joins Daisy, the Parent Privacy Notice takes over.

3. Visiting the website. Unless you turn on Analytics or Marketing in the cookie box, the website loads no analytics or advertising tools from Google or anyone else. The website's own record of how you found us and our daily counts of presses (item 3C), and the hearts on Life at Daisy (item 3D), are Daisy's own and are never used to build a profile of you or to show you advertising. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps technical records of each request (such as the IP address, browser, time and page) for a short time to deliver the site and protect it from attack. The map on the Contact page comes from Google Maps; when the page opens, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. The weather picture on the Life at Daisy page is chosen by our own server, so your browser does not contact a weather service.

3A. The fee calculator. The fee calculator on the Admissions page works in your browser. What you enter (your child's name if you give it, date of birth, start date and the programmes you choose) and the total are kept only on this device, for 30 days, so the Book a Tour form can offer them to you; they are not sent to us. When you book a visit, a box lets you send them with your booking. The box is never ticked for you, and booking does not depend on it. If you tick it, we keep them with your booking, use them to prepare your visit and to talk with you about a place, and delete them with the booking (item 10). If you press Checkout, your choices go to Daisy Parent (daisyparent.app/enrol) inside the link and are kept only when you sign in and save; the Student Application Form and its own notice then apply. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take (PDPA s.24(3)).

3B. Analytics and advertising measurement. Only if you turn on Analytics or Marketing in the cookie box does the website load Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, run by Google. With Analytics on, Google Analytics sets its cookies and records the pages you open, how you arrived (for example from a Google ad), your browser and device type, screen size, language and the country you connect from; Google Analytics does not store your IP address. With Marketing on, Google Ads sets its cookies, and we tell Google when someone who came from one of our ads books a visit, presses the button that sends a form, sends the message form, or presses our LINE, phone or email link, so we can see which ads work. With Marketing on and Analytics off, Google Analytics still receives these events, without setting its cookies. These events carry only the event name, the form, the language of the page and how the visitor arrived (for example Google Ads or Direct): never your name, email, phone number or anything about your child. We do not use your data for personalised advertising or remarketing, and Google signals is turned off. Google Analytics keeps the detailed records for 2 months; after that we see only totals. You can turn Analytics and Marketing off at any time under Cookie settings at the foot of every page; the website then removes Google's cookies and stops these tools. The legal basis is your consent (PDPA s.19). Google also uses the advertising measurement data under its own terms, as a separate controller. How Google uses data from websites like ours: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can manage Google's ads on your own Google account at myadcenter.google.com.

3C. How you found us. When you open the website, it works out how you arrived: from one of our advertisements, a search, Google Maps, social media, a link from another website, a link or QR code we published, or by typing the address. To work out how you arrived, it reads only the address of the page and of the page you came from (for example the name of the advertising campaign and the search words of an advertisement). When you send a form, it also reads the type of your device, browser and system, your browser language, screen size and time zone (item 5). The website keeps how you arrived in your browser for 90 days from your first visit, with the number of visits and pages, so that if you later book a visit or send a message we know what brought you. It is not sent to us unless you send a form, except the channel and campaign name, which go into the daily counts below without anything that identifies you. The codes Google, Microsoft (Bing), Facebook and TikTok add to a link when you press one of their advertisements are kept only if you turn on Marketing in the cookie box, and we never send them back to those companies. We also count, each day, how many times the buttons that send a form and our LINE, phone and email links are pressed, with the page, the language and how visitors arrived; these counts hold nothing that identifies you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which advertising brings enquiries and enrolments (PDPA s.24(5)), which you may object to (item 11), and, for the advertising codes, your consent (s.19).

3D. Hearts on Life at Daisy. You may press the heart on a Life at Daisy post without an account. We keep only the post, the time and a one way code made from your IP address, so that one place gives one heart a post a day and the hearts are safe from misuse; we never keep the IP address itself, and the one way code is removed after 24 hours, leaving the heart in the count. Your browser keeps on this device which posts you gave a heart and a random code for each, so you can take a heart back; this record holds nothing about you. The number shown on the website and in Daisy Parent is the same: the hearts given here and the hearts Daisy families give in Daisy Parent. Only Daisy families signed in to Daisy Parent may write or read comments, so the website shows only how many there are, never what they say. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in showing how many people liked a post and keeping the hearts safe from misuse (PDPA s.24(5)).

4. The check box. On the visit booking form, the message form and before your first question to Moo Grob, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a robot, is using them. It reads technical signals from your browser for this check only. We receive a yes or no, not the signals.

5. Booking a visit. When you book, we keep:
• your name, email address and, if you give it, your mobile number with its country code;
• your child's name and age in years and months;
• the morning you chose, the language of the page you booked from, and the version and issue date of this notice you agreed to;
• if you tick the box, your fee calculator choices (item 3A);
• how you found us (item 3C): how you arrived on your first and your latest visit, with the date and time of each, the campaign and search words if any, the site you came from (its name only) and the first page you opened, the number of visits and pages, and the page you sent the form from; with the type of device, browser and system, your browser language, the screen size, the time zone and the city, region and country of the network you connected from (never your IP address);
• a one way code made from your IP address, so we can stop more than 5 bookings an hour from one place. We never keep the IP address itself with your booking.

We use these details to arrange your visit, send you the confirmation and reminders by email and, if you gave a mobile number, by SMS, talk with you about a place for your child, and keep a record of enquiries. The Coordinator may ask which district or province you live in, to plan our advertising; you do not have to answer, and we keep only the district, never your address. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before any agreement about a place (PDPA s.24(3)) and our legitimate interest in keeping a record of enquiries, knowing which advertising brings enquiries and enrolments, and keeping the form safe from misuse (s.24(5)).

5A. Sending us a message. When you send the message form, we keep:
• your name, email address and, if you give it, your mobile number with its country code;
• the topic you chose and your message;
• how you found us (item 3C): how you arrived on your first and your latest visit, with the date and time of each, the campaign and search words if any, the site you came from (its name only) and the first page you opened, the number of visits and pages, and the page you sent the form from; with the type of device, browser and system, your browser language, the screen size, the time zone and the city, region and country of the network you connected from (never your IP address);
• the language of the page, the time you sent it, and the version and issue date of this notice you agreed to;
• a one way code made from your IP address, so we can stop more than 5 messages an hour from one place. We never keep the IP address itself with your message.

We use these details to read and answer your message by email, and, if it is about a place for your child, to keep a record of enquiries. Please do not write health details or other sensitive information in the message; if we need them, we will ask in a safer way. A member of staff may ask Claude to help draft or translate the reply, as in item 7. We email you a receipt with a reference when your message arrives. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take (PDPA s.24(3)) and our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us, knowing which advertising brings enquiries and enrolments, and keeping the form safe from misuse (s.24(5)).

5B. Asking Moo Grob. Moo Grob is the chat window at the bottom right of this website. It is an AI helper: Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, writes each answer from facts Daisy has approved (fees, ages and programmes, a day at Daisy, visits and admissions). When you ask Moo Grob, we keep:
• what you type and what Moo Grob answers, for 30 days from your last message, after which only the number of questions, the topics and the language remain;
• the language and page you were on, the country of your connection, which approved facts were used, and whether you marked an answer as wrong;
• a one way code made from your IP address, so we can stop more than 10 conversations an hour from one place. We never keep the IP address itself with the conversation.

To write each answer, your messages in that conversation and Daisy's approved facts are sent to Anthropic. Nothing else is sent: not your name, email or IP address. Anthropic does not use them to train its models. Moo Grob answers only general questions about Daisy; a question about a particular child, a discount that is not published, a complaint or a job is handed to a person. Please do not type health details or other sensitive information; if we need them, we will ask in a safer way. If you leave your name and email so that a person replies, item 5A applies to them. Before your first question, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is here, as item 4 says. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take (PDPA s.24(3)) and our legitimate interest in answering questions asked on our website and keeping the chat safe from misuse (s.24(5)).

6. News of Daisy events. Only if you tick the box, we send you news of Daisy events and invitations by email. The box is never ticked for you, and booking a visit does not depend on it. You can stop these emails at any time by emailing hello@daisypreschool.com. The legal basis is your consent (s.19); we keep your email on that list until you withdraw.

7. Getting in touch by LINE, email or phone. When you message us on LINE (@daisypreschool or @khunkruif), email us or call us, we keep what you send so we can answer you, together with your LINE display name and picture if you use LINE. A member of staff may ask Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, to help draft or translate a reply; only your message and facts about Daisy are sent, a member of staff reads and sends every reply, and Anthropic does not use it to train its models. LINE conversations are kept 12 months from the last message.

8. Who sees your details. The Coordinator and the Director of Daisy International Preschool, and the staff who arrange your visit, read your message or answer you. Our marketing staff see how bookings and messages found us, with the booking reference but not your name or contact details. Our advertising agency receives totals only, never a booking. We do not sell your details. These providers handle them for us under contract: Cloudflare (website and the check box), Supabase (Daisy's own system, Daisy Hub, on servers in Singapore), Resend (emails), ThaiBulkSMS (SMS), Google (our email; and, only with your choice in the cookie box, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics as in item 3B; and Google Maps on the Contact page), LINE (if you use LINE) and Anthropic (only as in items 5B and 7). Google uses the advertising measurement of item 3B also for its own purposes, under its own terms; we share nothing else with other companies for their own use.

9. Transfers abroad. Some of these providers keep data outside Thailand. Each transfer to a provider working for us is protected by the provider's standard contractual clauses or other safeguards allowed under PDPA s.29. Google Analytics and Google Ads data is processed by Google in other countries, including the United States, whose protection may not be equal to Thai law; this transfer rests on your consent in the cookie box (s.28) and on Google's own data protection terms.

10. How long we keep it. If your child does not join Daisy, your booking and its record, including fee calculator choices sent with it, are deleted 12 months after the visit, a message and our replies 12 months after our last reply, and a Moo Grob conversation 30 days after your last message (counts and topics only after that). How you found us is kept with the booking or the message and deleted with it. A short line of it, and the district if you told us, is also kept on your enquiry record; if your child joins Daisy or you send the Student Application Form, that record becomes part of your family's record under the Parent Privacy Notice. The record in your own browser (item 3C) is no longer used 90 days after your first visit and is then removed. The daily counts of presses hold no personal data and are kept as counts. The one way code kept with a heart on Life at Daisy is removed after 24 hours (item 3D). Google Analytics records are kept 2 months (item 3B). Fee calculator choices on your own device are no longer used after 30 days and are then removed. If your child joins, your details become part of your family's record under the Parent Privacy Notice. We may keep a record longer only if the law requires it or a legal claim needs it.

11. Your rights. You may ask to see or get a copy of your details, to correct them, to delete them, to restrict or object to their use, to move them, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was done before. You can withdraw your cookie choice yourself under Cookie settings at the foot of every page. Write to hello@daisypreschool.com; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (Office of the PDPC, www.pdpc.or.th).

12. Changes. A new version of this notice has a new version number and issue date, shown at the top and wherever the notice appears on this website.

Needed to workKeep the website working and safe: the check that a person, not a robot, sends a form, remembering this choice, the Moo Grob chat during your visit, your fee calculator choices, the hearts you gave on Life at Daisy and the record of how you found us on this device.
Always on
