By using this website you agree to these terms.

2. Information on this website. We keep the information about Daisy, its programmes, fees and dates as accurate and current as we can, but it may change. It is general information and not an offer of a place. What Daisy offers a family is what is written in Daisy's own documents for that family, such as the Student Application Form, the invoice and the Parent Terms of Use.

2A. The fee calculator. The fee calculator gives an estimate from the fees published for the academic year, the age of your child on the start date and the choices you make. It is not an offer or an invoice. The fee Daisy charges is the one on the invoice Daisy issues, under the Student Application Form and Daisy's fee rules at that time.

2B. Moo Grob. Moo Grob, the chat window on this website, is an AI helper. Its answers are written by an AI model from facts Daisy has approved, and may still be incomplete or wrong. Daisy's own documents and what Daisy's staff tell you prevail over a Moo Grob answer. Do not rely on Moo Grob for anything about a particular child, health or safety; ask Daisy's staff.

2C. Languages. Pages in Japanese, Chinese and Korean are translations made for your convenience. If a translation differs from the English page, the English page prevails. The legal notices are in English and Thai.

2D. Applying and paying. Checkout and the online Student Application Form are on Daisy Parent (daisyparent.app), under their own terms and notices, which you see before you pay or send anything. Payment by card or PromptPay is handled by Stripe.

3. Booking a visit. A visit is one family for one morning, 09:00 to 10:00, Monday to Friday, on the days the form shows. Please give true details. If you cannot come, tell us by email or LINE. Daisy may need to move a visit, and will tell you as early as it can. During the visit Daisy's visitor rules apply, shown before you come in: among them, no photographs or videos of any kind, and you stay with a member of Daisy staff.

4. Photos and content. The words, photos, videos, logos and designs on this website belong to Daisy Home Co., Ltd. or are used with permission. Photos of children appear only with their family's consent. You may share a link to a page, but you may not copy, download, change or reuse the photos of children, or use any content for commercial purposes, without our written permission.

5. Using the website properly. Do not try to get into parts of the website or Daisy's systems that are not meant for you, send automated requests, upload harmful code, or use the forms or Moo Grob to send messages that are false, offensive or not about Daisy.

6. Links to other websites. Links to other websites, such as LINE, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Google Maps, Google Calendar, khunkruif.com and Daisy Parent, are for your convenience. Those websites have their own terms and notices, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Our responsibility. We provide this website as it is. We are not responsible for loss caused by the website being unavailable, or by relying on information on it that has since changed, except where the law does not allow us to limit our responsibility.

8. Your personal data. How we use personal data you give on this website, and the cookies it uses, are explained in the Website Privacy Notice and the Website Cookie Notice.

9. Changes to these terms. A new version of these terms has a new version number and issue date, shown at the top and in the footer of the website. Using the website after a change means you accept the new version.

10. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok decide any dispute. These terms are written in English and Thai; the English text prevails if the two differ.
